No. Your RacePlan is delivered as a finished PDF. ChatGPT is only an optional tool for making your own later weekly adjustments.
Not at launch. The PDF works on your phone and can also be printed. With the coaching package, you submit a short weekly check-in and receive a personal adjustment from Harry.
The RacePlan covers the Mountain Attack Schattberg Race, Tour of Lässig, Tour and Marathon. For the Tour of Lässig, preparation is tailored to approximately 900 metres of ascent, the descent and a steady, controlled overall effort. Because the result closest to the field’s average time wins, no specific winning time is promised.
Safety-related information is reviewed before the plan is created. No risky plan is produced when acute symptoms are reported. The RacePlan does not replace a medical examination.
The one-time package provides the complete, personally reviewed plan for independent training. With 8-week coaching, Harry reviews your progress every week and adjusts the next training week.
Once a week, you submit a short check-in covering training, sleep, fatigue and daily commitments. Harry provides personal feedback and adjusts your next week once. Replies are normally sent within 48 hours on working days.
