2. Scope and target group

The service is intended for adults who are generally healthy and physically active. The subject of the contract is the digital creation and, depending on the selected package, adjustment of an individual training concept.

Medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, rehabilitation, personal technique instruction and guiding or supervision in outdoor terrain are not part of the contract.

3. Formation of the contract

The presentation on the website constitutes an invitation to place an order. The contract is concluded when the customer completes the checkout process with the payment service provider and the payment is confirmed. The selected package, total price and essential service features are displayed before the order is completed.

The order confirmation and contractual information are provided electronically. Input errors can be corrected before the payment process is completed.

4. One-time RacePlan – €79

This package includes a personally reviewed eight-week training and race plan delivered as a PDF. It includes in particular:

• individual weekly planning with duration, intensity and alternatives,
• a pacing strategy and general sport-specific race-fuelling guidance,
• an equipment checklist, race-week schedule and RaceCard,
• a prompt for optional independent adjustments using an AI tool, and
• one content correction within seven calendar days after delivery.

Ongoing coaching and weekly adjustments are not included.

5. 8-week coaching – €199

This package includes all services in the one-time RacePlan and, over eight training weeks:

• one structured check-in per week,
• personal weekly feedback,
• one adjustment to the following training week,
• a review of one agreed key session per week, and
• a final race-week and equipment check.

Replies are normally sent within 48 hours on working days. Continuous availability, unlimited messaging, medical advice and in-person support are not included.

6. Customer responsibilities

The information requested for planning must be provided completely and truthfully. Changes in health, injuries, illnesses or any other circumstances relevant to training load must be reported without delay.

For the coaching package, check-ins must be submitted on time. Late or missing information may delay an adjustment. Unused check-ins are generally not accumulated or extended beyond the agreed end date.

7. Performance and delivery

Work begins after payment has been confirmed, all required information has been submitted and, where performance is to begin before the withdrawal period expires, the customer has expressly requested early performance. The completed RacePlan is delivered to the email address provided.

The expected delivery period is stated in the offer or ordering process. The customer will be informed of delays caused by incomplete or contradictory information.

8. Prices and payment

The total prices displayed at checkout apply. Both packages are paid once and do not create a subscription. Payment is processed through Stripe. Any taxes are handled in accordance with the law and the information displayed during checkout.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Details, consequences, the model form and the rules for requesting performance before the period expires are set out in the Withdrawal Information.

10. Copyright and permitted use

The plans, checklists, texts and other materials supplied are intended for the personal use of the person placing the order. They may not be shared, published, reproduced or used commercially without prior permission. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

11. Health, personal responsibility and liability

Training and racing are undertaken at the customer’s own responsibility. Daily condition, weather, terrain, equipment, technical ability and current symptoms must be considered for every session. The training plan does not guarantee a specific performance improvement or achievement of a target time.

Liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions. Liability for personal injury and for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence is not excluded. Mandatory statutory claims also remain unaffected.

12. Statutory warranty rights

Statutory warranty rights apply. Complaints should be submitted by email with specific details and the relevant order information so they can be reviewed and resolved promptly.

13. Data protection

Information about the processing of personal data, including training and health data, Stripe, Tally and the assisting use of AI, is provided in the Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of mandatory protection under the law of the country in which they habitually reside.

The statutory places of jurisdiction apply to consumers. There is no obligation and currently no intention to participate in a voluntary dispute-resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
