Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded. The date of conclusion is not counted when calculating the period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by a letter sent by post:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Performance before the withdrawal period expires

At your express request, we may begin creating your RacePlan or providing coaching before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired.

If you expressly requested early performance and withdraw while the service is still being provided, you must pay a reasonable amount for the services already performed up to the time we receive your withdrawal notice. This amount corresponds to the proportion of the service already provided compared with the agreed total scope.

Your right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the service only if we began with your prior express consent and you acknowledged before performance began that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed.

Important: Unless you expressly request early performance, we generally begin providing the service only after the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired.

Private-preview notice: A dedicated online withdrawal function with immediate electronic confirmation of receipt will be added before the offer is made publicly available.
